All quality control technologies are available for the testing of the products, whilst maintaining strict adherence to all performance standards during the production process. Properties of all finished products are tested with a detailed test report for each batch.

Extensive product research, experiments and testing have resulted in the accumulation of an unrivalled level of production expertise. Materials are designed according to proven production processes. The DWNM Series Drill collars are tested in accordance to the following standards:

-ASTM A-262: Detecting Susceptibility to Intergranular Attack in Austenitic Stainless Steels.

-ASTM A-342: Standard Test Methods for permeability of Feebly Magnetic Materials.

-ASTM A-745: Standard Practice for ultrasonic examination of Austenitic Steel Forgings.

-ASTM A-370: Standard Test Methods and Definitions for Mechanical testing of Steel Products.

-API Specification 7, Section 6:  Drill Collars.
